🌾Homemade Oat Milk — Easy, Creamy, Planet-Friendly🥛

Making your own oat milk takes just 5 minutes and saves money and packaging waste. No gums, no preservatives — just clean, wholesome goodness. Here’s how I make mine:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 4 cups cold filtered water

  • Optional: pinch of sea salt, 1–2 dates, vanilla extract, cinnamon

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients for 30–40 seconds.

  2. Strain through a nut milk bag or clean cloth.

  3. Store in a glass bottle in the fridge for up to 4 days.

💡 Tips:– Don’t over-blend — it can get slimy.– Use for smoothies, cereals, or frothy lattes!– Save the oat pulp for pancakes or baking. Zero waste 💚
